Experiencing issues with the Library Mobile App? Please complete our brief Google Form, and the Library App Administrator will follow up with support via email. The form is quick, simple, and takes only a minute to complete. You can also stop by the library for in-person help during our open hours.

Troubleshooting Tips

App not updating? Follow the steps below in order. Stop when the issue is fixed.

  1. Force a refresh. Close and reopen the Ex Libris Library Mobile app.
  2. Sign out, then sign back in. This resets your session and fixes most sync problems.
  3. Update the app. Open your device’s app store and install any available updates.
  4. Check your connection. Toggle Wi-Fi and cellular data and try again. VPNs and captive portals can block sign-in.
  5. Clear the app cache.
    • Android: Settings → Apps → Library Mobile → Storage → Clear cache.
    • iOS: Settings → Library Mobile (if available), or reinstall the app (next step) to clear data.
  6. Reinstall. Delete the app, restart your device, then reinstall and sign in.
